We want to work alongside our clients to ensure they follow government guidelines regarding social distancing and unnecessary travel so we will only have face to face appointments for emergency and urgent cases.

- We are implementing a one client per appointment policy.
- Please ring reception when you have arrived at the practice and wait in your car with your pet until reception calls you to tell you to come in, or the vet/ nurse can come to collect your pet from the car.
- Collections of urgent medications can still be facilitated through our reception team.
- Please note that for the protection of both you and our staff, we are no longer taking cash payments but will accept contactless or card payments.
If you are suffering from a new continuous cough or have a high temperature, please do not come into the Veterinary Clinic.
We have made this decision to allow us to continue to provide veterinary care to all our patients while ensuring the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff.
